Ordering

Ordering on our site is easy - just add what you want to the cart, and then proceed to the checkout by using the checkout button. Once you have proceeded and paid via the method you choose, your order is sent to us for processing. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when your goods are despatched. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping & Delivery

The majority of our shipping is done through Business Post although we may also use other couriers if we need to.

A tracking number is produced which we will send to you and you can track your goods until there arrival.

Please note: Business Post require a signature for successful delivery, so please make sure someone is in, or get your order delivered to work. If no one is available to sign - they will leave a card and await you to call.

Returns

We are able to accept returns, but only within the first 7 days after you have received the goods. If within this period you decide to return your item, or items please get in touch and we will arrange how this can be done.

Any goods being returned must be in the same condition they were when sent, with all tags, labels or packaging still intact. We are unable to accept textile goods back that have been in areas where cigarette smoke or pet hair has been present.

You (the buyer) are responsible for keeping goods in a good condition until you are 100% happy and decide to keep the items.

You are also responsible for any shipping charges for goods being returned.

With this said, we do not charge any type of cancellation or re-stocking fee, and any funds due back to you are sent on receipt of the goods.

If you are returning your goods via post, please make sure that they are suitable packaged so no damage will occur. We also recommend using a recorded service as we are cannot be held liable for goods lost in the post coming back to us.

Back Orders / Items Out Of Stock

If you order something that is not readily available and in stock we will 'back order' it for you. We regularly make orders for Jack Pyke goods and will add your item to our next order.

Please make sure that your contact details are correct when ordering so we are able to get in touch.

If there is going to be an extended delay in getting the goods you have ordered, we will contact you although in most cases this is not the case and ordered goods arrive within a 30 day period.

If you have any questions regarding 'Back Ordered' goods, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Cancelling My Order

Unfortunately, given the nature of electronic commerce, and our aim to get our orders shipped to you within 24 hours of ordering we are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours of receiving them. If within 24 hours of ordering you would like to cancel your order. Please contact us either by phone, or email with your order number and name and we can override our internal processing system to stop your order. Please bear in mind that there may be a few days delay in your funds being refunded due to us having to manually override certain processes.

Tax Charges

All orders within the EU are VAT chargable, this has now been returned to 17.5%.

Credit Card Security

We do not handle processing your payment ourselves, all financial information is handled by PayPal. For more information please visit there website at www.paypal.co.uk 

Privicy Policy

Jack Pyke Cornwall do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfil customer orders.
b. Administer and enhance the site and service.
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

Information is not shared with third parties in any way, but may be used within our group of compaies to contact you regarding products, services or offers we may feel you can benefit from.
